Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with strong communication and business development skills to represent the company in government entities, handle tender registrations, participate in exhibitions, and manage marketing activities across digital platforms. This role combines both sales and marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
  • Visit government entities to register the company, collect tender information, and follow up on procurement opportunities.
  • Present company services to potential clients and negotiate agreements.
  • Source and manage government tenders and ensure proper coordination with internal departments.
  • Utilize existing contacts or previous data to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings and follow up on leads until conversion.
2. Exhibitions & Events
  • Attend relevant exhibitions and industry events to represent the company.
  • Visit stands of major companies to promote the company’s services and build partnerships.
  • Prepare materials and documents required for participation in events.
3. Marketing
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Create and publish basic marketing content (with design support if available).
  • Manage company accounts on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze marketing performance and prepare periodic reports.
  • Propose new ideas to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
4. Administrative & Reporting
  • Prepare weekly reports covering visits, sales activities, and new opportunities.
  • Follow up on all tender stages from registration to submission.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper delivery of services.

Required Skills

  • Experience in sales or marketing within the UAE (preferred).
  • Understanding of government procedures and tender systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing tools.
  • Existing client network is a plus.
  • UAE driving license (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
